Responsible for hiring/training staff, scheduling staff, reinforcing company-wide training. Complete monthly inventory, ordering, develope/maintain tracking system. Two years of recent restaurant/deli supervisory experience is required; Aloha experience preferred. Must have excellent organiation/communication skills. Must be proficient with MS Office, Outlook, Excel and Word.

Job Description - Plan & direct food preparation and assist with supervision of kitchen staff. Prep & cook food, ensuring all food is top quality & kitchen staff is mindful of cost standards associated with the food. Will assist with menu planning, inventory, managing supplies, ensuring kitchen follows proper safety standards and proper sanitation guidelines. Minimum of two (2) years of recent Sous Chef experience required. Must have excellent organization & communication skills & attention to detail. Flexible schedule required including weekends, evenings & holidays as needed.
