Front Desk/ Unit Inspector - Sandalfoot Condominium

Want to be part of a great hospitality team?  Are you able to multi-task while delivering exceptional and personalized services to guests, owners and team members alike?  Then we want to talk to you about our Front Desk/Inspector position available immediately.    Experience with MS Office Suite required; experience with computerized reservation systems preferred.  Three to four days per week, must be available to work every Saturday year around.         

 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

 

FRONT DESK – Provide accurate availability and rental information for all inquiries and promote Sandalfoot Condominium as the premier vacation destination on Sanibel Island.  Utilize our computerized reservation system to finalize guest requests; accurately post charges and process payments.

 

Greet guests, owners and vendors in a warm professional manner.  Assist guests with check-in and check-out; bike rentals; sale of retail items; concierge services; boarding passes, etc.

 

INSPECTOR – Utilize “best practices” to enhance the quality of each guest’s first impression.  Inspect all units prior to check-in to ensure:  1) The unit meets Sandalfoot standards; 2) All appliances, electronics and AC are in good working order; and 3) Prepare work orders for repairs or replacement of inventory items as needed.
