2014 Leisure Traveler Market Assessment

The Leisure Traveler Market Assessment: 1) Examines current and potential visitors’ travel behavior, perceptions and travel awareness; 2) Compares the destination to other competitive warm-weather destinations; and 3) Creates psychographic segmentation for targeted marketing.

This research will be used to continue to develop the tourism pipeline and grow both shoulder and off-peak visitation – two of the four imperatives in the VCB’s 2013-2016 Strategic Plan.
