Attractions Marketing Program

Purpose

In 2004, the Tourist Development Council (TDC) partnered with the Alliance for the Arts and the Southwest Florida Community Foundation to provide financial assistance to not-for-profit arts and attractions organizations and to strengthen awareness of local arts and cultural venues that enhance the tourism opportunities in Lee County.

This joint effort is to enhance the visitor experience and encourage repeat visitations through promotions and dissemination of information regarding cultural offerings in the destination.

The application period for fiscal year 2018-19 funding opened with an application webinar on April 30.

Application deadline is June 22, 2018.

TDC funding awarded to arts and attractions entities is allocated strictly for marketing and promotions.
