After months of work, the Visitor & Convention Bureau is proud to present you with the attached copy of our 2013-2016 Strategic Plan. This plan has been created in collaboration with our tourism industry partners and business and civic leaders who gave generously of their time and attention to bring this plan to life.

It is important to note that this plan is a broad-brush, high-level strategic view from which we will develop details in our annual sales and marketing plans over the next three years. Like any long-range plan, it is meant to be a living document that we will continually refine based upon existing resources, ongoing research, measurable program results and the ever-changing demands of the dynamic marketplace. It certainly will not be gathering any dust in our offices!
